Dan’s background spans 38 years in the corporate, medium and small business sectors. Corporate marketing – 12 years, retailing and franchising – 22 years, business broking and banking – 4 years. He has owned, developed and operated 16 successful retail, franchise, and distribution/wholesale outlets many of which are acknowledged as some of Western Australia’s most prime retail businesses. He has owned and developed a successful sales and distribution company based in Melbourne, Victoria selling commercial stainless steel products through a state-wide wholesale network of some 45 distributors. The business was subsequently acquired by Australia’s largest stainless steel manufacturer.

Andrew joined William Buck in June 1994 and currently holds the position of Director. Prior to this Andrew worked for a small medium sized accounting firm for 5 years.
He has hands on experience in areas of management and financial accounting, taxation and compliance advice - in particular to large sized clients in a number of industry types.
Andrew is responsible for clients in the Asian region and deals with issues associated with overseas transactions on a regular basis.

Tim has an extensive career in the food & beverage hospitality industry ranging from small to large scale enterprises. Most recently Tim has held the position of Retail Business Manager with the UK’s largest and most successful pub and restaurant retailer that operates well over 2500 business units.
Tim has been continually involved in the food and beverage industry since 1987 commencing his career as a franchisee in one of the UK’s many pizza chains and then moving into area management, controlling the overall operations and profits of up to forty-six retail outlets at any one time. Tim has successfully opened business units as well as demonstrated a keen ability to turn around non-profitable units to a sound profit position.
Tim has been exposed to full restaurant operations, pub operations, small cafes and fast food operations. He has a strong knowledge of food & beverage business controls and is keenly focused on growing businesses through proper people practices. This has culminated in Tim winning many awards across differing employers over his career.
